About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate II prepares glass for distribution to field operation teams, performing warehouse functions to meet shipping timelines and ensure the right parts reach the right team members. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with Saturday flexibility. Starting pay is $23.65 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with some material handling equipment, such as an order picker, forklift, or reach truck.
• Must weigh under 300 pounds if hired to operate an order picker.
• Able to perform repetitive physical tasks involving moving or raising objects weighing up to 35 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including seasonal heat or cold, and remaining stationary for long shifts.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude and focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one piece of material handling equipment, such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker, including equipment raised to heights of up to 40 feet.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks such as pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Follow safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area through general housekeeping.
• Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
