About The Position

Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate II for their United States Headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time, onsite role is responsible for supporting warehouse, production, and distribution operations through material movement, inventory control, and advanced equipment operation. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4–6 years of progressive warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment required.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word): Required.
  • Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year criminal history check.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for training purposes.
  • Valid Drivers’ License must be maintained throughout employment that meets Busch insurance standards.
  • Employment with Busch Vacuum Solutions requires current work authorization in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular operation of forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to safely work around moving machinery and warehouse traffic.
  • Must be able to hear and respond to alarms and notifications.
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety footwear, hearing protection, and other required equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with reach trucks and order pickers preferred.
  • Advanced forklift or equipment certifications preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or training less experienced team members preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate picking, staging, and delivery of production materials and finished goods.
  • Handle high-value, sensitive, or specialized materials using appropriate documentation and handling procedures.
  • Conduct cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and support inventory audits.
  • Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Support receiving, storage, shipping, and material movement activities as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced warehouse associates on established processes and best practices.
  • Support 5S, Lean, continuous improvement, and warehouse efficiency initiatives.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Support warehouse, production, and distribution operations as assigned.
