About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate II to join their TEAM. This position involves owning a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customers orders, and inventory checks. The role requires the daily use of forklift equipment. Dal-Tile offers a $750 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates who meet the employment requirements. The bonus is paid in three installments: $250 upon start date, $250 after 90 days, and $250 after 180 days. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Certified Forklift Operator.
Basic math skills
Organization skills
Customer service skills
Fluency in English
Detail-oriented
Safety-conscious

Nice To Haves

3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pulls and assembles customer orders.
Checks outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
Performs inventory stock checks.
Restocks and labels vendor products.
Maintains displays (tools, caulk, etc.).
Moves, stores, and replenishes material.
Conducts daily cycle counts.
Receives and unloads inbound material.
Processes inbound shipments and stocks material.
Processes customer returns.
Notifies management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operates forklift equipment.
Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, and general office maintenance.
May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
Performs other related duties as required.
