We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to join our warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will support all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support activities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience.
  • Forklift experience required; certification is a plus.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and systems; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Dependable, organized, and safety-focused.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as business needs require.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, handle, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Occasionally required to climb and balance.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory audits, cycle counts, and general inventory management.
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to accurately process inventory transactions.
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against documentation.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
  • Move products efficiently between storage, staging, and loading areas.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage.
  • Document and report all shipment discrepancies, shortages, and damages to leadership.
  • Properly label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack products as required.
  • Perform packing and crating activities for customer shipments.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and auditing processes.
  • Repair pallets and prepare materials for storage or shipment when necessary.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Load, unload, move, stage, stack, and relocate products throughout the facility.
  • Follow established procedures for material handling to ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain equipment awareness and report any operational concerns.
