About The Position

This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, processing wire and cable orders for shipping, and assisting customers with local will-call orders. The position requires reliable attendance, access to transportation, and the ability to operate various equipment and technology. You will be working around moving machinery and in a non-climate-controlled environment, with potential for overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

• Previous Wire & Cable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
• Use technology such as RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Assist customers with local will-call orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages.
• Ship and receive truck deliveries.
• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Use sit-down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
