SUMMARY Assist in the operation of cigarette manufacturing and packaging process, load and unload packaging materials, help facilitate efficient production of high-quality tobacco finished goods. Employees are responsible for duties in assigned areas and cross-training for coverage in additional departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
- Forklift experience
Responsibilities
- Assist Operator with set-up on production equipment per detailed work instructions.
- Ensure the proper materials are used, as per scheduled guidelines and brand requirements.
- Inspect packaging of product to ensure quality is maintained within established quality guidelines.
- Communicate with other employees and supervision to ensure proper materials are being used.
- Support and maintain a proper level of materials to ensure adequate supply and maintain production.
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge regarding various duties and various department guidelines.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and effective follow-through.
- Flexibility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.
