About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our 2nd Shift team in Houston, TX (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on business need). This is an entry-level opportunity into our warehouse operations — and a real foot in the door for candidates who want to grow within a large-scale manufacturing environment. In this role, you will serve as a critical support resource across our blow mold production floor. A significant part of your day is dedicated to break relief coverage — stepping in for packers, forklift operators, and palace operators on a rotating schedule that you will manage independently. You’ll also be responsible for keeping bottles moving on conveyor systems and preventing bottlenecks, loading and unloading raw and recyclable materials from trailers, separating recyclables, bailing cardboard, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. This role operates with minimal day-to-day supervision. The right person is self-directed, clock-aware, and proactive — someone who knows what needs to happen next without being told, and who looks for ways to improve the process when primary tasks are complete. This position has an hourly rate of $18.54 per hour.
