About The Position

This position will be responsible for performing tasks related to warehouse inventory. This includes, but is not limited to, processing incoming inventory, shelving processed inventory, shipping orders from inventory, and performing routine inventory maintenance functions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• One (1) year continuous work history preferred
• Satisfactory attendance record
• Alignment with core values of BWB

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming inventory
• Shelving processed inventory
• Shipping orders from inventory
• Performing routine inventory maintenance functions
• Using a computer, tablet, scan gun, and various inventory management programs
• Focusing on a single task for extended periods of time
• Meeting departmental KPIs
• Using a pallet jack, baler, box cutter, conveyors, and other tools in a safe manner
• Using a computer to check email and utilize the internet
• Standing on feet for 8-10 hours at a time
• Safely climbing step stools and ladders
• Consistently lifting 50 lbs. throughout the shift, including reaching, stooping, and bending
• Maintaining a clean workplace
• Accepting additional tasks as assigned and duties as requested
• Demonstrating other skills deemed valuable by leadership in furtherance of company goals and objectives
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail
• Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possessing high level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness
• Having a strong work ethic and sense of initiative
