About The Position

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for palletizing finished goods in preparation for shipment to customers. This includes efficiently cubing pallets and stacking a diverse range of box sizes and weights to optimize space and ensure safe transport.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is a plus.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance or equipment.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach overhead, and perform repetitive movements.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling devices.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

• Operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently
