Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Ability to arrange items or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
  • Critical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to follow diagrams and pictures.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Effectively use Windows and standard applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain by receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Storing and organizing raw materials and finished products within the warehouse.
  • Loading, unloading, and stocking merchandise safely and accurately.
  • Verifying shipments against records to ensure accuracy.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing items for delivery to customers or resellers, helping maintain a smooth flow of products from arrival to final shipment.
  • Direct, control, and monitor the warehousing and distribution of materials or finished goods.
  • Oversee receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise.
  • Operate and manage heavy-duty equipment as needed.
  • Plan the movement of materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Ensure sufficient supply of goods and products to meet operational needs.
  • Plan, implement, and control the movement and storage of goods from origin to point of consumption.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met through efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
