Requirements

  • Reading and writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse-related work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Prior experience using Oracle preferred.
  • Prior Radio Frequency (RF) Scanner experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
  • Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments as needed.
  • Work with the receiving team to put away and replenish product and help with Order Kitting as needed.
  • Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.
  • Operate Vertical Life module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
  • Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
  • Ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
  • Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
