About The Position

The Warehouse Associate Position is responsible for warehouse support including pulling, packing, assembling, sorting, shipping, and receiving of orders. This role supports internal production as well as external customers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse environment or demonstrated proficiency in basic warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ensure task risk assessments are conducted to carry out all work safely.
• Commitment to a focus on safety and a culture of hazard identification and control.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures in order to protect themselves, work colleagues and the environment.
• Report all incidents, hazards and near misses, including environmental cases.
• Follow all quality control and assurance systems in place.
• Take part in annual performance appraisals.
• Participate and follow any fitness for work or recover at work plans implemented for the individual.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, storing, and issuing of material and consumables.
• Maintain inventory controls by placing parts in correct bin location and allocating parts to assigned jobs.
• Complete reports by entering required information into MRP/ERP system.
• Kit components per work order requirements. Must maintain an accuracy rating of 95% or higher.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
