About The Position

We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support outbound order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves picking, quality checking, palletizing, inventory support, and general warehouse duties while maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and rotating in and out of refrigerated environments.

Requirements

Ability to lift 40–75 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld RF scanners.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read and understand English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Pick and verify customer orders using RF scanners.
Prepare products for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Perform quality checks on outbound orders.
Relabel, repackage, inspect, and serialize products as required.
Palletize products and prepare shipments for distribution.
Receive, stock, and replenish inventory.
Process returns and performs inventory counts.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners, tape guns, and safety cutters.
Follow GMP, safety, and DEA compliance requirements.
Assist with physical inventory and other warehouse projects as assigned.
