Requirements

Must be at least 18+ years old
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required

Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like
Working from heights such as roofs, ladders, or powered lifts: Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including awkward or tight and confined spaces
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time
Stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, pushing, or pulling
Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers
Operating machinery or power tools
Operating motor vehicles, industrial vehicles, or heavy equipment
Noisy environments

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies
Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks
