About The Position

The Warehouse Associate I (Material Handler) assists with a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products from trailers, and moving products within the warehouse by carrying, lifting, or operating forklifts. The role also involves stocking and storing warehouse inventory and fulfilling transfer orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The position is identified as second shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of forklift operator experience.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• At least 2 years of powered lift truck experience.
• At least 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow a schedule and verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and work with coworkers in a team environment.
• Ability to function and operate comfortably in a very active, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the supervisor to determine materials needed for upcoming production requirements.
• Complete RF transactions to support tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Operate a forklift safely and proficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers.
• Pick, stage, and stock inventory using a powered lift truck and barcode-scanning technology to execute transactions.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Perform duties safely and continuously monitor areas to ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, standards, safety requirements, and GMP requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
