About The Position

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our team at Aereos, Inc. This position is responsible for performing and supporting daily activities in shipping, receiving, light assembly, inventory storage and work-in-process (WIP) movement. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must for proper labeling of parts and shipments, managing inventory with lot controls and customer documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in stockroom, shipping and receiving (2+ years).
  • Strong team player and coordination with supervisor on daily priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to Read, Write and Speak English.
  • Ability to use a manual/electric pallet jack.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Unloading deliveries and verifying packing slips and certification documents.
  • Comparing physical counts to amounts on supplier packing slips and noting discrepancies.
  • Visually inspecting deliveries and noting any damage to parts during transportation.
  • Preparing incoming materials for storage in the stockroom, including packaging and labeling with part numbers and lot numbers.
  • Physically moving stock to designated locations in the stockroom/bin locations.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized stockroom.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to customers based on pick tickets.
  • Ensuring accuracy in inventory part number, lot number, and physical count per customer shipment.
  • Supporting the maintenance of appropriate levels of shipping materials (boxes, bags, paper etc.).
  • Managing, preparing, and boxing inventory shipments for outside suppliers, ensuring accuracy in quantity and documentation.
  • Pulling stock from the stockroom or work-in-process (WIP) for outside processing.
  • Performing light assembly activities, typically involving nuts and bolts.
  • Supporting other assembly activities in the department during fluctuations in production.
  • Assisting with part marking of selected parts using equipment or supplies.
  • Adhering to safety regulations and procedures for handling, moving, and storing materials.
