About The Position

This role is responsible for inspecting and packing thermoformed parts to ensure customers receive quality products that meet their expectations. The job is to be performed in a safe and clean environment. The associate will report to the Shift Manager.

Requirements

• Can read, write & understand English.
• Can read & understand various production documents & both oral & written job instructions.
• Can use equipment such as scales, pallet jack, and tape machines, etc.
• Can accurately record and maintain records pertaining to packing and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Remove and inspect production parts from thermoforming machines and properly pack them according to specified instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of parts produced, material lot numbers and quality evaluation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area at all times.
• Attire and work habits to be in compliance with Company policy.
• Work closely with Floaters, Process Technician, & QA to identify defective product, completing paperwork, making boxes, etc.
• Duties include but are not limited to the above.
