About The Position

TR Toppers is recruiting for a full-time Warehouse Associate in Pueblo, CO, who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard; is dependable; has a positive attitude; is adaptable; is honest; is self-motivated; is willing to grow; and has strong self-confidence. TR Toppers is a national food processing company located in Pueblo, CO. We specialize in processing name-brand candies and other types of inclusions used in various food products, such as ice cream and cakes, and ship them throughout the United States. We are a progressive, family-owned business that is rapidly growing. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks. This position is also responsible for general duties involving physically handling products, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a warehouse or similar industry
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working on a Warehouse Management System
  • Experience working with Scanners in a Warehouse

Responsibilities

  • Pull orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area and production equipment
  • Monitor all incoming and outgoing products for accountability and accuracy.
  • Restock and replenish as appropriate.
  • Operate industrial power equipment.
  • Stage completed pallets in the designated area.
  • Transport raw materials, total goods, and finished goods to designated areas.
  • Load and unload designated trailers and route trucks.
  • Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
  • Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
  • Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
