This role is for a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator. Requirements

  • Must be able to work in areas with moderate dust and noise, hot and cold temperatures, and around automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrates positive leadership and ability to hold self and others accountable.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous forklift experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Previous experience in a laboratory supporting quality control and testing a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload various, diversely packaged items with the use of forklift equipment
  • Receive all raw materials to be used in production and for testing purposes.
  • Perform weighing of items with industrial scales
  • Gathering products and materials for quality control testing, making notes on findings in support of quality control team when requested.
  • Store finished product in designated storage area,
  • Staging items for successful loading in anticipation of freight carrier arrival
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Warehouse Manager and quality control team.
  • Perform other duties assigned as part of day-to-day operations as part of a small and collaborative team
