About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to join our team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for safely operating a sit-down or stand-up forklift, loading and unloading trailers, moving materials throughout the warehouse, staging products, and assisting with inventory and shipping activities. The facility operates multiple shifts, so candidates must be open to working 8 to 10-hour shifts and flexible to work other shifts if business needs change. Currently, the primary need is for 1st shift.

Requirements

Previous forklift experience required
Ability to safely lift, move, and organize warehouse materials
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work 8 to 10-hour shifts
Must be willing to work 1st shift and remain flexible to other shifts based on business needs
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a sit-down or stand-up forklift preferred
Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred
Experience using RF scanners is a plus

Responsibilities

Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load and unload trailers and semi-trucks
Move, stack, and organize pallets, reusable plastic containers, and packaging materials
Stage products and materials throughout the warehouse
Use RF scanners to scan and track inventory
Process inventory according to established work instructions
Assist with shipping and receiving activities
Complete required shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork
Verify products and shipments for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow company safety procedures and general OSHA guidelines
Perform other warehouse duties as needed
