About The Position

Shiseido Americas Distribution Center is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator for its second shift. The position operates power equipment in replenishment and case-pick areas and supports accurate inventory management using computers and radio frequency (RF) guns. Equipment may include stock pickers, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet riders, and manual pallet jacks. The role involves meeting daily performance and accuracy goals, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, and collaborating with employees and departments. It also requires standing, bending, and lifting cases throughout the shift, rotating case-throwing duties onto a conveyor, and supporting warehouse physical inventories.

Requirements

Previous experience driving power equipment.
Work experience in a distribution center.
Analytical and counting skills.
Reading, writing, mathematical, and English language skills usually attained through a high school education or equivalent.
Computer knowledge and experience operating RF scanners.
Willingness to move about and work in alternate departments to support the business.
Flexibility to work required overtime.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds throughout the day.
Ability to wear a body harness and other fall-protection PPE and meet required weight classifications; regular weigh-ins are mandatory for safety.

Responsibilities

Complete pre-shift inspection checklists on all power equipment before use.
Meet daily performance and accuracy goals.
Use RF technology and appropriate inventory management practices.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with employees and departments toward common goals and objectives.
Rotate throwing cases onto the conveyor.
Stand, bend, and lift cases throughout the shift.
Provide support during physical inventories of the warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned.
