About The Position

Join a rapidly growing furniture distribution team as a motivated Warehouse Associate – Equipment Operator. This role is for individuals who enjoy being active, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment. The position involves driving and operating various warehouse machinery, managing inventory through a warehouse management system, and handling products. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a desire to contribute to a growing company.

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse equipment — Cherry Picker, Reach Lift, or Turret Forklift required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, stand, and stay active throughout the day
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes
• Comfort reading labels, tags, and work documents

Nice To Haves

• Experience using RF scanners (bonus points!)
• A great attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate cherry pickers, pallet jacks, reach lifts, and turret trucks
• Use the warehouse management system to keep orders accurate and inventory on point
• Lift, move, stack, and organize product—up to 50 lbs.
• Perform routine equipment and safety checks
• Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and running smoothly
• Pick orders with RF scanners
• Sort, wrap, pack, tie, and label products with accuracy and care
