Which is why for many or us this is our “forever company.” As a Warehouse Associate/Driver, you will work cooperatively in a team to efficiently receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material. Maintaining inventory controls will be vital for this role to ensure all materials are accounted for without error. Safety will be a main priority for you and your fellow team members; thus, you will work together to keep a safe and clean environment and follow safety procedures when utilizing Power Industrial Truck equipment. Together, your team will be the backbone that will keep REECE thriving for years to come. As a Warehouse Associate/Driver, you will be a Rockstar and have dual responsibilities performing job tasks inside the warehouse and on the road! Working cooperatively in a team within the warehouse, you will efficiently receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material. While on the road, you will deliver materials to our customers with exemplary customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day
  • Must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, including order picking, shipping and receiving and cycle counting is highly desired
  • Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
  • Physical Capacities – Lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day, sitting and standing for extended periods. Kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking
  • Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
  • Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.
