About The Position

This role is responsible for various warehouse operations including receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders. The associate will also be responsible for driving and operating warehouse equipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Maintain required forklift certification.
• Proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies.
• Ability to determine the status of an order when requested.
• Ability to follow special instructions pertaining to an individual order.
• Ability to communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers.

• Experience with 22k forklift and combi lift.
• Experience with UPS shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders and provide thorough documentation.
• Pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Order fulfillment, loading, offloading, staging, utilizing a 22k forklift and combi lift to move single and double random pipe.
• Determine the status of an order when requested.
• Follow special instructions pertaining to an individual order.
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist with order expediting and completing UPS shipments.
• Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Process returns accurately.
• Follow all established policies and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace.
• Attend product knowledge meetings as required by management.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• Present a neat and professional image.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
