About The Position
Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of our business and are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our branches. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Warehouse Experience preferred
- Ability to obtain DOT card upon hire
- Lift and carry capabilities- 50 lbs.
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers.

Responsibilities
- Pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy.
- Safely loads order on vehicle for delivery, safely drives route when needed.
- May be required to deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicles.
- Coordinates with delivery drivers to complete process.
- Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
- Assist in monthly cycle count.
- Responsible for complying with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards.
- Responsible for monitoring equipment condition and reporting service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
- Provides support to Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers.
- Interacts with customers and Branch staff.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
