About The Position

Half Price Flooring is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Basic math skills for inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.
Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of inventory management software or systems.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
Previous experience in a retail or flooring industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Organize and store products in the warehouse according to company procedures.
Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to comply with safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and management to fulfill orders and improve processes.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly.
