About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials safely and efficiently. The role helps maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely order fulfillment, and support overall warehouse operations. Approximately 90% of the position is warehouse-based, with occasional local deliveries using a company box truck as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.
• Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs.
• Perform local deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
