About The Position

Hood Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Back-up Driver (Class A or B) for their Cincinnati, OH facility. This role supports all warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading products. Additionally, the position involves delivering products safely and efficiently to customers and handling materials. Approximately 60% of the role's time will be spent in the warehouse, with the remaining 40% dedicated to driving trucks for local customer deliveries.

Requirements

Must have good math skills and read a tape measure.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Forklift experience
Valid Driver license (Required)
Candidates wishing to be considered for the CDL Truck Drivers position must possess a Valid State’s CDL Class A Driver’s License and have a clear driving record.

Nice To Haves

1 year of Warehouse operations experience (Preferred)
1 year of warehouse distribution experience (Preferred)
1 year of machine operation (Preferred)
Knowledge of lumber and/or plywood is preferred.
High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Support all warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading products.
Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers.
Handle materials during deliveries.
Work with minimal supervision.
Load and unload trailers with a forklift.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
