About The Position

Colliflower, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Baltimore, MD location. This role supports supply chain activities including receiving, storage, handling, shipping, and preparing products for delivery. The ideal candidate is self-directed, customer-service oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment. The work hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Requirements

  • Experience preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail - can identify product by size, type, style, or code.
  • Solid reading skills – must be able to read and interpret documents such as product manuals, purchase orders, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to learn metrics & metric equivalents.
  • Good oral & written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Proficient computer skills and data entry experience.
  • Have a mechanical aptitude.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Pull orders from printer/document bin, determine items to be gathered, and accurately pull product from storage.
  • Identify and locate hose product/s, measure and safely cut to designated length.
  • Follow quality control procedures to verify and check all orders picked against customer invoices prior to shipping.
  • Prepare and expedite shipments, including assembling and packing product, affixing shipping labels, and preparing shipping documents.
  • Stage finished product orders for shipping, delivery, or customer pick up.
  • Process customer payments for orders as needed.
  • Assist with receiving products, unloading trucks, and stocking product in appropriate locations.
  • Reconcile and record incoming product per standard and provide the Accounting Department with appropriate documents.
  • Count physical inventory as needed or directed.
  • Ensure inventory records accurately reflect physical inventory and notify appropriate individuals of any discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional service and assist in all areas of the store as needed.
  • Respond positively to customer needs and resolve them efficiently.
  • Produce high-quality fitting & hose assemblies.
  • Organize and clean warehouse/hub and work areas.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, accessible, and organized.
  • Assist with van routes by packing products, and delivering to and from store locations.
  • Back up the night driver position as needed.
  • Safely drive to all store locations/customer sites and follow the rules of the road.
  • Ensure daily and regular maintenance of the van is kept up and completed.
  • Report any safety concerns or issues with the vehicle to the supervisor immediately.
  • Professionally and efficiently communicate with other departments to better serve customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
