Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver
About The Position
Triangle Fastener Corporation is a fast-growing wholesale distributor serving the construction industry since 1977. We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver to join our Ft. Lauderdale, FL branch. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with supportive professionals. The position is responsible for efficiently pulling and delivering TFC products to customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate service, and contributing to exceptional customer satisfaction through reliable and safe delivery operations.
Requirements
- Must be either Fluent or demonstrably Conversational in Spanish.
- 1+ years of prior warehouse work experience, or related position
- 1+ years of prior delivery driving work experience, or related position
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current and Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
- Ability to lift upwards 50lbs unassisted
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of prior warehouse work experience, or related position
- 1+ years of prior delivery driving work experience, or related position – with emphasis operating Box or Flatbed Trucks.

- Strong organizational and planning abilities to efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate and deliver products to customer offices, plants, or jobsites, with a keen focus on timeliness and efficiency using Non-CDL Trucks.
- Process and prioritize customer sales orders by accurately picking, staging, and preparing orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders, warehouse transfers, and shipping documentation to ensure shipments are sent to correct customers.
- Utilize local geographic market knowledge to optimize delivery routes and enhance customer service.
- Actively participate as a collaborator, readily assisting in various warehouse duties when not engaged in delivery activities.
- Collaborates with the Branch Operations Manager to uphold the performance and maintenance of company vehicles for field operations.
