About The Position

Kärcher North America is looking for a Warehouse Associate 2 to join their team in Fayetteville. This role is a vital link in the production chain, managing the flow of materials to ensure smooth operations. The position requires precision in selecting, sorting, counting, and packaging materials, operating industrial equipment like Order Pickers, Narrow Aisle Forklifts, and Sit-down Forklifts for inventory management in high-level racking, and conducting safe loading/unloading of trucks with proper documentation. The associate will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding daily picking and packing rates.

Requirements

12 to 18 months of power equipment operation experience.
Successful training/certification on Taylor Dunn, sit-down forklifts, and either an Order Picker or Narrow Aisle Forklift.
High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
Strong basic math (units of money, weight, and distance) and the ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work comfortably in a high-noise environment with moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Select, sort, count, and package materials with high accuracy for put-away and internal transport.
Safely operate industrial equipment—including Order Pickers, Narrow Aisle Forklifts, and Sit-down Forklifts—to manage inventory in high-level racking.
Conduct safe loading/unloading of trucks while verifying and documenting paperwork to ensure every load is accounted for.
Meet and exceed daily picking and packing rates (up to 35 lines per hour) to ensure downstream processes stay on track.
