Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with data entry and document management.
Ability to work with handheld scanners and warehouse technology tools.
Familiarity with inventory counting processes and SAP systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Follow and promote safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Enter warehouse and inventory data accurately into company systems.
Operate handheld scanners and support efficient material tracking.
Manage and maintain documentation for receiving and shipping processes.
Report receipt and shipment discrepancies to the Import and Export team.
Coordinate consumable material inventories and support document archiving.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve warehouse efficiency and workflow.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
