About The Position

Established in 2019, we produce our own goods in Spain, overseeing every stage of production with a strong emphasis on quality and accountability.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Proficiency in Pick, Pack & Ship processes.
Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
Understanding of safety regulations, cargo handling, and best practices for packaging and quality control.
Organized with great attention to detail.
Proactive attitude.
Strong teamwork skills.
Fluent professional proficiency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Receive shipments from the central warehouse, verify delivery notes, and inspect product conditions.
Detect discrepancies and collaborate with Customer Service to resolve duplicate orders.
Pick and pack products adhering to the brand's stringent standards for packaging, presentation, and sustainability.
Manage labeling and shipping processes.
Prepare special orders, including those for marketing campaigns or influencer gifting.
Replenish store stock, restock the warehouse, or transfer materials between locations.
Actively and safely support loading and unloading tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace using the 5S methodology.
Ensure consistent availability of packaging materials and shipping supplies.
Participate in weekly inventories to reconcile physical stock with the system.
Log operational incidents and suggest improvements to optimize daily operations.
