About The Position

Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support their residential remodeling projects across Orange County. In this essential role, you will help ensure production teams have the right materials, tools, and equipment when and where they need them. From maintaining an organized warehouse to supporting job site deliveries and logistics, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality remodeling projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy physical work, value teamwork, and take ownership of getting the job done right.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in warehouse, construction, or material handling preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in physically demanding environments
  • Basic math, organization, and record-keeping skills
  • Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment is a plus
  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain; experience required
  • Valid Class C Drivers License
  • Adherence to Cal/OSHA standards and all company safety policies
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), gloves, steel-toe footwear, eye protection, and back support braces
  • Proper use of ergonomic lifting techniques and material-handling safety practices
  • Participation in safety training, meetings, and toolbox talks
  • Compliance with company safety programs, including IIPP and hazard communication policies

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • Store and organize materials to support ongoing remodeling and construction projects
  • Prepare, stage, and distribute materials for job sites and field crews
  • Load and unload deliveries using pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, and manual lifting
  • Keep warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Assist with tool control, returns, and company asset tracking
  • Support job site mobilization and demobilization as needed
  • Deliver construction materials, tools, and equipment to active job sites
  • Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and daily operations
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and ensure safe operation
  • Follow all Cal/OSHA safety requirements, company policies, and proper PPE usage
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and field operations
