About The Position

Wavelynx makes access control readers — the hardware and firmware that decide whether a door opens. The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling, preparing shipments, and supplying production lines with necessary materials.

Requirements

Proficiency in operating forklifts and other standard warehouse machinery.
Basic mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
Familiarity with e-commerce, 3PL, and distribution center environments.
Strong inventory control habits with close attention to detail.
Ability to utilize warehouse management systems and NetSuite for basic tracking and reporting purposes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to take direction and execute daily operational goals efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution role.

Responsibilities

Execute daily warehouse activities and tasks as assigned by management or the Warehouse Lead.
Handle efficient and accurate inventory control, including counting, organizing, and stocking materials.
Prepare inbound and outbound shipments, including the manual loading and unloading of trucks.
Utilize the warehouse management system to log inventory movements and track stock levels.
Follow and uphold all established safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines for equipment use.
Assist with routine data entry and updating inventory statuses within NetSuite.
Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment.
Supply production teams with requested materials in a timely manner throughout the day.
