About The Position

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant Manager to join their team in Vermont, IL. This role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable individual. The Assistant Warehouse Manager will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, ensuring accuracy of counts and contents, facilitating communication with internal and external partners, and promoting safety. This position is crucial for the company's planning process as it supports the foundation of supply availability, demand communication, and shipment reconciliation.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with technology and a willingness to learn.
Analytical mind with basic math skills.
Organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and experience in Inventory Management are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in reporting and communicating results of Key Performance Indicators.
Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies.
Help develop, update, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
Contribute to the communication and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular audits to ensure that inventory and warehouse performance standards are met.
Assist in analyzing data and statistics to improve processes and detect abnormalities.
Communicate and coordinate with all 3rd party logistic companies to ensure targets are met.
