About The Position
The Warehouse & Shipping Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse, inventory, and outbound logistics operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, cost-effective transportation, and on-time delivery to customers. The position serves as a key operational leader, aligning production, warehousing, and transportation strategies with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10+ years in warehouse/shipping operations, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience managing multi-site operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site warehouse operations and standardized processes.
- Manage shipping and outbound logistics (LTL, FTL, parcel).
- Maintain accurate inventory and material control.
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with production and sales.
- Lead and develop warehouse and shipping teams.
- Enforce safety and compliance standards.
- Manage warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Track KPIs and manage budgets.
- Drive system improvements and data integrity.
