About The Position

This role is responsible for picking and packing products according to customer requirements, ensuring quality and accuracy. The associate will also perform labeling duties, follow all shipping and inventory control processes, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Requirements

Must have knowledge and experience in inventory control functions
Must be able to maintain a safe, clean, environment
Must be able to work and function well in a team environment
Understand written/printed material

Use arms/legs continually and repeatedly throughout the shift
Lift up to 40 lbs. continuously throughout the shift
Apply a specific level of strength to move an object
Stand for long periods of time throughout the shift
Move at a fast pace across specified terrain throughout the shift
Adjust body position while performing tasks
Must wear eye protection & safety shoes (hearing protection as necessary)

Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (PLEX)
Experience driving a 26' Box Truck

Responsibilities

Picks product from inventory
Packs product to customer requirements
Inspects completed operations for quality, visual defects, accuracy and quantity
Follows all shipping processes, inventory control processes and quality requirements
Performs labeling duties to ensure proper parts and quantities are being sent to the customer
Pays close attention to detail and focuses on assigned tasks
Cooperates and supports co-workers
Follows all safety rules, wears all required PPE, etc.
Demonstrates strong attention to details, high accuracy, and follow-through
Demonstrates strong organizational skills
Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance
