About The Position

B&B Floor Coverings is a busy, well-established local flooring company seeking a reliable, dependable Warehouse & Property Maintenance team member to join our fast-paced operation. This position combines warehouse responsibilities, delivery support, and property/building maintenance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, comfortable in a physically demanding environment, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities throughout the workday.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift 70–100 lbs.
Forklift operation experience required
Valid driver’s license; CDL is not required
Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be drug-free

Nice To Haves

Experience operating property maintenance equipment is a plus
Previous warehouse, delivery, facilities, construction, or property maintenance experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
Operate forklifts and gate lifts
Load delivery trucks and transport flooring materials to job sites
Receive and unload supplier deliveries
Prepare and stage materials for installers’ daily work
Maintain an organized and safe warehouse
Perform property maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, and snowplowing
Perform general building maintenance, painting, light carpentry, and related tasks
Operate and maintain property maintenance equipment
Communicate effectively with installers, coworkers, suppliers, and others
Work independently while taking responsibility for completing assigned tasks
