Our client is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist who can bridge the gap between physical warehouse operations and strategic logistics execution. Your days will be a dynamic mix of keeping the warehouse floor organized and optimizing our inbound/outbound logistics.

Requirements

Proven background in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or manual labor.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
Basic reading and math skills for accurate documentation.
A sharp eye for detail.
A reliable, team-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with logistics software, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or carrier portals is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Safely handle trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments with a high level of accuracy.
Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, verify quantities, and flag inventory discrepancies early.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace while strictly adhering to PPE and safety guidelines.
Coordinate daily loading schedules and build strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and suppliers.
Prepare and verify bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, and customs documentation.
Proactively resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies by collaborating with the Logistics Manager and internal teams.
