About The Position
Viridian Staffing's Client is seeking Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates to support warehouse, inventory management, and e-commerce order fulfillment operations for a hemp/CBD company in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. These are full-time, temporary positions with an anticipated assignment duration of more than two months and potential for longer-term opportunities based on business needs and individual performance. As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you will support daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Responsibilities will include receiving and counting incoming inventory, verifying product SKUs, labels, and quantities, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also assist with organizing inventory, identifying and reporting discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling federally compliant hemp/CBD products, with daily order volumes expected to increase as the business grows. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a commitment to maintaining accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals. You may also utilize e-commerce order management systems, inventory tracking tools, shipping software, and label-printing equipment. Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, inventory management, or e-commerce experience is preferred; however, candidates with related experience who demonstrate reliability, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with hemp/CBD products is a plus but not required. Requirements
- Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment

- Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, and handling inventory, with specific lifting requirements up to 50 pounds
