About The Position

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager who takes ownership of operations and leads by example. Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent trade school credential)
  • 3–5 years managing warehouse and fulfillment operations in a small-to-mid-sized company
  • 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or manufacturing setting
  • Forklift certification and experience with standard warehouse equipment
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record

Nice To Haves

  • A hands-on leadership style — comfortable managing a team and getting into the work yourself
  • Proven background in e-commerce fulfillment: picking/packing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and light assembly
  • A continuous improvement mindset with practical Lean/5S experience
  • Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems; NetSuite and/or RF-Smart experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • High standards for accuracy, organization, and workplace cleanliness

Responsibilities

  • Direct all inbound and outbound fulfillment operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure orders go out accurately and on time, maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
  • Schedule, coach, and develop warehouse staff; balance workloads and maintain a high-performance team culture
  • Oversee light manufacturing and assembly tasks, including product kitting, plastic cutting, counting, and packaging
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS and ERP platforms; track shipments and stock levels in real time
  • Develop, document, and enforce SOPs; train staff to execute consistently and safely
  • Operate and oversee warehouse equipment, including forklifts
  • Apply Lean and 5S methodologies to continuously improve throughput, reduce waste, and raise the bar on operations
  • Maintain full compliance with safety regulations and equipment maintenance standards
