About The Position

Align is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Facilities Operations Manager to lead and manage the inventory operations and facilities-related functions supporting our data center infrastructure business. The ideal candidate would have experience with high-performance compute cabling, strategic sourcing, project execution, and operational support for warehouse facilities readiness. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, construction, telecom, or data center environments who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in project management and team oversight, ensuring seamless coordination across technical teams, warehouse operations, and facilities-related support activities. This individual will bring proven experience in inventory management, warehouse and facilities management, optimizing vendor relationships and material acquisition to support project timelines and budget goals. They will also collaborate with sales operations, procurement and client engagement by communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and end users to align deliverables with expectations and drive customer satisfaction. This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, paid training, and performance-based bonuses. This position is expected to be on-site at our Plano, TX office five (5) days per week.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, facility management, project management, or sales operations supporting data center projects and initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing office and warehouse teams, equipment, and technical operations.
  • Experience developing and implementing process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management best practices.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work within warehouses and construction environments.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and inspect materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Procore or similar construction/project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/HPC cabling, power distribution, and cooling systems.
  • Sales-minded with the ability to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure and white space optimization.
  • Occasional travel to project sites, vendor facilities, and client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse and facility operations and ensure timely execution of project deliverables and internal improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain warehouse processes that ensure inventory accuracy, traceability, and material accountability.
  • Drive timelines, budgets, and quality control across multiple operational and project initiatives.
  • Maintain warehouse and office facilities in a safe, organized, and operational condition.
  • Manage facility maintenance programs, repairs, capital improvements, and vendor contracts.
  • Partner with Procurement and Operations teams to support sourcing and purchasing initiatives to ensure the availability of required materials and components.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight providers, and material vendors.
  • Support strategic sourcing efforts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide guidance on cabling design, process development, and implementation.
  • Review and interpret specifications and drawings, including construction sets and product data sheets.
  • Development and implementation of process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Recruit, train, mentor and manage warehouse personnel to support business growth and project demand.
  • Champion a culture of safety throughout warehouse and facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and company safety programs.
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and training activities.
