Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Basic understanding of, or aptitude to learn, building system repairs (electrical, plumbing, general maintenance).
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Requires ability to ambulate, use of both arms and legs, bending, and lifting tools, materials, and supplies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• A criminal background check is required, but a criminal record does not necessarily negate employment.
• Clean motor vehicle report and current driver's license required to be insured and operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual tasks related to warehouse operations and facility maintenance, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Facility Maintenance Support - Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Inventory Management – Assist with inventory counts and reordering and stocking necessary supplies.
• Facility Cleanliness – Ensure common areas and exterior grounds are well kept and clean.
• Vehicle Maintenance – Perform basic maintenance and help get vehicles to outside vendors for more major repairs.
• Security and Safety - Perform regular safety inspections of the building and equipment.
