We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our growing HVAC company in a full-time, entry-level role. This position is ideal for someone who wants to get their foot in the door in the HVAC industry while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. This is a flexible, team-oriented role that supports our warehouse, field technicians, and operations team—and offers a clear path for growth.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 60lbs.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, delivery, or construction experience
Responsibilities
- Organize, clean, and help maintaining the warehouse
- Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs
- Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials safely
- Deliver materials to job sites throughout Buffalo, Rochester, and surrounding areas
- Assist with proper disposal of materials and job site cleanup
- Support technicians, installers and supervisors with daily operational needs
