About The Position

Tollefson's Retail Group operates furniture and flooring stores across Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Our Grand Rapids Slumberland location is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support daily operations and provide excellent service to our customers. This position works closely with the Store Manager and plays an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience. At Slumberland, we believe every home should be a place of comfort and relaxation. We help customers furnish their living spaces with quality furniture, mattresses, bedroom sets, dining collections, and home décor that bring warmth and style to their homes. As a Warehouse & Delivery team member, you will assist with furniture deliveries, warehouse organization, and store maintenance. This role involves helping transport products to customer homes, supporting safe vehicle operation, and maintaining an organized warehouse and showroom environment.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and MVR approval from our insurance company
• Ability to meet insurance requirements for operating company vehicles
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing 75+ pounds on a regular basis
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening, including cannabis testing as required under Minnesota DOT regulations

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Previous warehouse, moving, or delivery experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with product deliveries and customer setup
• Conducting routine delivery vehicle inspections and documenting mileage and fluid levels
• Receiving, moving, and storing merchandise safely throughout the facility
• Operating manual and powered material-handling equipment according to safety standards
• Helping maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse, showroom, and property
• Providing professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
