Warehouse and Delivery Associate
About The Position
Tollefson's Retail Group is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse and Delivery Associate for their Slumberland location in Baxter, MN. This role involves assisting with customer deliveries, safe operation of delivery trucks, moving materials within the warehouse and showroom, and performing building and grounds maintenance. The associate will contribute to the overall customer experience through showroom presentation, warehouse organization, and exceptional delivery service. This position is scheduled for weekend shifts and offers part-time hours ranging from 4-20 weekly, depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Pre-employment drug testing required.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Valid and insurable driver's license (if driving).
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with deliveries to customer locations.
- Ensure safe operations of the delivery truck, including daily inspections and tracking of fluids and mileage.
- Move materials from receiving areas to designated areas, including the showroom.
- Operate manual lifts and power equipment safely.
- Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
