About The Position
Tollefson's Retail Group is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse and Delivery Associate for their Slumberland location in Thief River Falls, MN. This role involves assisting with customer deliveries, safe operation of delivery trucks (including daily inspections and tracking), moving materials within the warehouse and showroom, and performing building and grounds maintenance. The associate will play a key role in maintaining the showroom's appearance and providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid and insurable driver's license.
- Pre-employment drug testing required, including cannabis.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Must be approved for a DOT Medical Card to operate store trucks.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with deliveries to customer locations.
- Ensure safe operations of the delivery truck, including daily inspections and tracking of fluids and mileage.
- Move materials from receiving areas to designated areas, including the showroom.
- Operate manual lifts and power equipment safely.
- Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
