About The Position

As a Warehouse & Delivery Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by accurately and efficiently processing all paperwork for incoming receivables. By keeping our warehouse records organized and precise, you help support the seamless service and trusted experience our customers rely on.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with transport companies for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare transfers between stores and create daily route sheets for delivery drivers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding pickups, delivery windows, and rebooked deliveries.
  • Relay invoices, stock checks, and necessary information to warehouse staff.
  • Support effective communication between Delivery Teams, Customers, and the Delivery Manager.
