About The Position

The Warehouse and Assembly Technician maintains a clean, organized warehouse and handles inventory management activities at the location. These include receiving and validating shipments, staging and storing inventory, managing returns, processing inventory transactions, conducting physical counts, and cleaning and maintaining fleet equipment. The role also supports proper inventory control, customer service, confidentiality, compliance, and Numotion’s mission and leadership principles. Duties may change based on organizational needs or management direction.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations, as necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull equipment weighing more than 100 pounds at times.
• Ability to stand, bend, or kneel for prolonged periods in a warehouse.
• Fine manipulation and firm grasping abilities with hands and fingers.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchase orders and validate them against packing slips within 24 hours.
• Ensure warehouse items are tagged, labeled, and stored properly.
• Manage return authorizations, including requests, returns, and reporting.
• Complete inventory transactions in the Operating System.
• Clean and organize the warehouse to Numotion standards.
• Manage waste, including breaking down boxes and removing pallets.
• Sanitize and maintain rental, demo, and loaner fleet equipment.
• Provide guidance on proper warehouse inventory control procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Perform work with integrity and in compliance with Numotion’s policies, federal regulations, and values.
• Protect employee and customer confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and address customer concerns.
